Analitica, a key player in the e-signature industry, faced major challenges during the pandemic as paper-based and scanned signature processes threatened business continuity and document validity. Working with Google Cloud Platform, the company sought to build its own electronic signature solution that would comply with regulations across the countries where it operates and help verify signer identity to avoid legal issues.

With Google Cloud Platform, Analitica launched AZSign, using services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Storage, Looker Studio, Google Cloud Armor, Cloud DNS, Cloud IDS, and Google Workspace. The result was a high-availability, secure e-signature platform with improved reporting and faster signing workflows, and Analitica reported avoiding cyberattacks and ransomware threats while enabling virtual transactions for contracts, consents, IOUs, and insurance policies.
