Alquería, a Colombian food and beverage conglomerate with more than 4,150 employees, needed a way to connect teams across different cities, improve collaboration, strengthen security, and support its digital transformation without overspending. To address these challenges, the company chose Google Cloud Platform’s Google Workspace, including tools such as Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Chat.

Google Cloud Platform, working with partner eSource Capital, helped Alquería migrate all accounts in 15 days and adopt cloud collaboration across the organization. The results were significant: service availability rose to 99.9%, employee time savings reached 40% for commuting and 15% for reporting, licensing costs dropped by 23%, and more than 2,400 employees now use the platform, with the digital employee base growing by 30%.
