A Google Cloud Platform Case Study
AloTech, an Istanbul-based provider of cloud-focused call center and BPO services, needed to overcome the limits of its on‑premises, client/server software to support international growth. The company required true multi-tenancy, web-browser access, remote provisioning and much greater telephony and call-volume scalability to onboard customers quickly and assure partners it could handle large agent and caller demand.
AloTech rebuilt its offering on Google App Engine and used the Channel API for real-time CRM integration, enabling browser-based agents and automated dashboards. The cloud solution delivers instant, remote deployments (a 10-seat contact center went live in 20 minutes), autoscaling for massive spikes (e.g., 10k→55k daily calls) and support for thousands of users without adding servers, while cutting delivery costs by roughly half.
