A2X turns to Google Cloud Platform to help eliminate accounting complexity for Amazon sellers

A2X, founded in 2014 as a division of New Zealand’s ExportX, is a SaaS company that automates accounting for Amazon sellers. It was created to solve the pain of processing huge, complex Amazon settlement files — a manual, error-prone task that could take hours for high-volume sellers and needed to scale to millions of orders per month and large single-user histories.

A2X runs on Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Datastore, memcache and task queues) and integrates with QuickBooks Online and Xero to fetch, summarize and post reconciled journals automatically. The solution processes several million orders per month (about NZD 1 billion GMV/year), delivers ~15 ms latency for U.S. customers, eliminates the need for a full-time infrastructure admin and positions A2X to support 10,000+ six-figure sellers.
