99.co, a property platform, wanted to improve its user experience to support expansion into new markets and strengthen talent acquisition. Working with Google Cloud Platform, the company needed better ways to handle data access, reduce bottlenecks for its teams, and streamline time-consuming manual tasks across its platform.

Google Cloud Platform implemented BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, and Vision AI to modernize 99.co’s operations. BigQuery democratized data access and sped up business decisions, while Cloud SQL reduced database maintenance overhead so engineers could focus more on product development. Vision AI automatically categorized and labeled listing photos, cutting a task from 3–5 minutes to about 30 seconds and saving agents significant time across 10 to 100 listings per day.
