Pegasus Airlines, Turkey’s leading low-cost carrier based in İstanbul, wanted to boost sales of its Flex add-on after analytics with partner Hype revealed awareness and funnel bottlenecks. The challenge was to improve messaging and pricing so customers would understand and buy the unlimited ticket-change product.

Using Google Optimize 360, Pegasus and Hype ran multivariate tests on headlines, service descriptions, option labels and prices, exposing 869,000 visitors over 35 days. The winning combination increased Flex sales by 22%, was rolled out to all users within hours, and shortened test setup time from about a week to a few hours, enabling faster, ongoing optimization.
