Toyota Canada wanted to make its Display & Video 360 campaigns more effective by reaching previous website visitors most likely to complete a Build & Price action. To do that, it turned to Google Analytics Solutions, using Analytics 360 and Google Cloud BigQuery to better use first-party data and identify high-intent customers.
Google Analytics Solutions helped Toyota Canada export website data from Analytics 360 into BigQuery, build a machine learning model with BigQuery ML, and feed the insights back into Analytics 360 to create 10 audiences. Those audiences were then activated in Display & Video 360, resulting in a 6X boost in conversions and a more efficient approach to targeting prospective customers.
