Using Google Optimize (integrated with Analytics 360) to run an A/B test, Milliyet rolled out the winning button design and saw a 32% increase in click-to-call rate and a 56% reduction in cost per call. The change generated more calls for agents, led to increased purchases of platform features, and made it easier for the sales teams to sell subscriptions.
