Ascribe, a leading provider of verbatim analysis and coding software used by research firms and brands in 57 countries, wanted to expand its Intelligence Suite to include an online survey capability. After evaluating options, the company needed a survey solution with a flexible API, low-cost global sampling, and easy integration to reduce the time and expense of collecting high-quality consumer feedback.
Ascribe integrated Google Surveys using the .NET client and OAuth 2.0 to create “Ascribe Surveys,” enabling programmatic survey creation, fielding, and automated import of results into the Intelligence Suite for combined analysis and visualization. The integration gave customers fast, cost-effective access to a validated global sample, support for multiple question types (including open-ended), and the ability to analyze survey data alongside other feedback—powering quicker, broader insights and a new research product.
