TutoTOONS, a Lithuania-based kids game publisher with over 100 mobile games and 430 million downloads, needed a compliant ad solution that could scale globally while protecting child audiences under COPPA and GDPR. Seeking better fill rates and a move from in-app purchases to hybrid monetization, TutoTOONS selected Google AdMob for its global reach and ad-safety controls.
Using Google AdMob’s rewarded and interstitial ad formats, publisher-level blocking controls, and the Ad Review Center, TutoTOONS rolled out and A/B-tested placements to protect kids while optimizing engagement. The AdMob implementation drove a 20% increase in ad revenue, a 30% rise in overall fill rate, and more than doubled ad impressions, enabling TutoTOONS to scale monetization and maintain strict COPPA/GDPR compliance.
