Gamee Studio sees 61% increase in ARPU with AdMob mediation and bidding

Gamee Studio, a Hanoi-based maker of casual and hypercasual puzzle games (including Home Pin and Fish Pin) with about 3.5 million monthly Android users, needed more stable ad monetization—nearly 90% of its revenue comes from in‑app ads. After inconsistent performance from their prior platform, Gamee Studio chose Google AdMob’s mediation and bidding solution to stabilize and optimize ad revenue.

Using AdMob mediation and bidding (implemented and A/B tested via Firebase Remote Config across Fish Pin and two other titles), Gamee saw clear gains: ARPU rose 61%, fill rate improved from 90% to 98%, and CPM jumped 140%, prompting a full rollout to all users on the tested games and a new title. Google AdMob’s easy integration with existing Google tools gave Gamee the stability and performance lift it needed.
