Cat Studio HK, led by CEO Qi Yongcheng, needed to increase exposure for in-app purchases and maximize revenue without compromising player experience. To do this, Cat Studio HK worked with Google AdMob, integrating AdMob IAP house ads alongside AdMob banner and interstitial ads as part of a hybrid monetization strategy.

Google AdMob helped implement three sets of IAP house ads, adjusted display ratios based on click-through rates, and recommended clearer ad creatives and natural ad placement; banners and interstitials captured revenue from less-likely spenders. The result: daily revenue grew 50% and ARPDAU increased 30%, with improved purchase visibility and a maintained player experience thanks to Google AdMob’s guidance.
