YMCA’s Adventure Centre in Christchurch — a large combined facility including a climbing wall — was under‑known in the community, limiting visitors and revenue for the charitable trust. Goody implemented a simple iPad-based rewards program that lets YMCA issue free or discounted visits, capture customer data, and enable targeted communications. The result: Goody’s reach (over 450k members) helped drive a noticeable uptick in new and more varied visitors, increased repeat visits among infrequent customers, and strong upsell/cross-sell conversion into climbing wall use and courses — while building a valuable customer database to support future marketing.
