Host Accommodation, a network of over 70 motels and motor lodges across New Zealand, was struggling with a loyalty programme that was operationally inconsistent — some sites could integrate with property management systems, others required time‑consuming manual sign‑ups that put guests off. To fix this, Host shifted their loyalty programme to Goody, adopting Goody’s loyalty platform to simplify and standardize the guest experience.
Goody implemented a cleaner, faster sign‑up process (reducing fields to one or two), deployed branded tablets, and delivered seamless integration with minimal disruption, backed by strong support. The result was immediate: reduced admin time, faster member growth and much higher engagement across Host’s properties, new bookings attributed to Goody users, greater exposure to Goody’s large network and the ability to run targeted promotions that drove corporate and leisure business.
