Frenchie & Co., a new beauty therapy and hairdressing brand in Auckland with salons in Browns Bay and Takapuna, faced growing pains from a traditional paper “coffee card” loyalty scheme that became hard to manage as the business expanded. Owner Brodie Proykova selected Goody’s digital loyalty and marketing platform to replace the paper cards and better support the salon’s customer‑centric approach.
Goody implemented a digital loyalty card, a compact keyring tab for customers, and an easy-to-use marketing automation system that enables newsletters, customer data tracking and a wider variety of rewards. The result has been simple, widely adopted point-collection for clients and staff, improved customer insight and early spikes in business activity; while it’s still too early to report full financial ROI, Goody has already delivered measurable engagement gains and stronger cross-sell opportunities.
