Antidote Pharmacies, led by Chin Lon and partners in Dunedin, faced a major challenge when rebranding from a group tied to Flybuys: how to unify several stores under the new Antidote brand without losing their loyal customers. They explored other options and ultimately chose Goody’s loyalty programme and marketing platform as an independent, store‑level solution to replace Flybuys and retain customer engagement.
Goody delivered a visit- and spend‑based rewards system with an easy marketing interface and software integrations that let Antidote run targeted promotions on the fly — for example launching an offer in about 20 minutes and emailing customers the same day. Using Goody to sign up customers at every transaction helped Antidote retain most of its existing clientele after the rebrand and gave the team a practical tool to grow customer numbers through data-driven promotions.
