Citi, a global financial services firm, needed a way to support small businesses hit hard by COVID-19. In partnership with Mastercard and with help from Goodworld, Citi looked to create a campaign that would connect customers to meaningful ways to help entrepreneurs and under-resourced small businesses survive the pandemic, using Goodworld’s social impact platform and design services.

Goodworld built a custom #AllForSmall microsite using Giving Forms and Impact CRM that let people shop participating businesses, donate, or volunteer. The campaign helped Citi and Mastercard raise over $1M for Start Small Think Big and generated more than 40K pageviews in three months, strengthening community engagement and customer participation.
