Deliveroo, a London-based delivery services company operating in 13 countries, needed to replace a long, complicated, manual interview scheduling process. When Mikaela Warren joined the recruitment team of five, she wanted a faster way to schedule interviews, better candidate experience, improved interviewer training, and more balanced interview load. Deliveroo had previously used GoodTime Hire and wanted to bring it into the new team.
With GoodTime Hire, Deliveroo automated interview scheduling and gave candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule on their own. The team also used GoodTime’s data and real-time dashboard to guide hiring decisions and improve interview operations. Results included reducing interview setup time from 25 minutes to less than 5 minutes, hiring 700+ employees with GoodTime, and eliminating chaotic, out-of-date spreadsheets.
