Divadlo Aréna boosts full-price ticket sales with GoodRequest, reaching 70% internal sales

Divadlo Aréna, one of the oldest theatres in Bratislava, was facing a significant loss of revenue from its existing third-party ticket sales system. The theatre approached vendor GoodRequest to design and develop a new bespoke web application to replace the original solution and increase profits from ticket sales.

GoodRequest implemented a comprehensive ticket sales and seat reservation system that included a new admin interface, a public-facing website optimized for mobile, and real-time synchronization with the third-party system. This solution allowed the theatre to increase the number of tickets sold at full price, significantly increasing profit. The share of tickets sold through the new internal system is now around 70%.
