Goodlord supported this approach by helping enable a streamlined tenancy journey and a stronger tenant experience, which Settio used to make staying longer more attractive. By aligning its fees so Settio was incentivised to keep tenants in place, the agency aimed to reduce voids, save time, and protect revenue; while the case study doesn’t give a specific numerical uplift, Settio says this model helps them focus on retaining tenants “forever” and makes their all-inclusive service more valuable to landlords.
