With Goodlord’s tenancy flow platform, Sowerbys brought referencing, insurance, utility switching, and other tenancy services “under one roof” to create a quicker, easier, and more transparent process. The results included an average of 4 hours saved per let, a minimum tenancy completion time of 3 days, and 125 compliant documents automated each month through Goodlord.
