The GED Testing Service, a joint venture of the American Council on Education and Pearson, modernized its 70-year-old GED® program and centralized testing operations, which produced large volumes of performance data. Historically that data lived in a legacy warehouse and was only used to produce an annual statistical report; the service needed faster, self-service analytics for internal teams and states while avoiding the cost and overhead of building a custom data center.

GED implemented GoodData’s cloud-based analytics platform to deliver intuitive, self-service dashboards, drill-downs, and exportable reports with near–real-time updates.
