Vita Group, a leading Australian retailer operating Telstra-branded stores and a portfolio of lifestyle brands, wanted to embed community giving into its culture and significantly increase employee participation in workplace giving. To relaunch and scale the Vita Group Foundation’s programs, Vita partnered with Good2Give and adopted Good2Give’s Workplace Giving Platform alongside volunteering, grants, peer-to-peer giving and donation matching.

Good2Give helped Vita run the video-led "It Takes Just One" campaigns (six weeks in 2017, four weeks in 2018) with leadership advocacy and platform-driven sign-ups, lifting participation from 3.5% to 11.7% year-on-year and prompting more than 200 team members to join workplace giving. The initiative, combined with matching and ongoing engagement, has contributed to the Foundation donating more than $1,000,000 since 2015 and has helped embed regular giving into Vita Group’s culture.
