Suncorp: Brighter Futures Matched Giving Program

Suncorp Group relaunched its Brighter Futures employee giving program to grow participation without adding administrative burden, reallocating funds into a Matched Giving program that supports workplace giving, fundraising, crowdfunding and volunteering (with a $1 million matching cap each financial year). To help scale the program, Suncorp Group engaged Good2Give to support the redesign and technology needed for a custom matched giving platform.

Good2Give built and advised on a custom matched giving platform that reduced admin work while extending Suncorp Group’s matching to more employees; the vendor also provided strategic and tactical engagement advice. As a result, more employees sign up for workplace giving and matched fundraising, Suncorp Group employees now support over 350 charities and grassroots organisations, and the program has delivered over $2 million to local communities in the past two years.
