Managing the mental health of employees as well as financial health of a business is critical for success

MYOB wanted to contribute meaningfully to society by supporting preventive mental health initiatives for small business owners, while also strengthening the wellbeing of its own employees and customers. To help find the right fit, MYOB worked with Good2Give, using its community partnership selection support alongside workplace giving and fundraising options.

Good2Give helped MYOB connect with Smiling Mind, creating a long-term partnership that includes monetary support, customer donations, PR, product support, and staff volunteering. The result has been a strong charitable alliance aimed at improving mental wellbeing and performance across Australia and New Zealand, with Smiling Mind’s workplace program already reaching more than 50,000 employees and its app helping over 4.7 million people.
