Findex, Australasia’s leading integrated financial advisory and accounting firm with more than 2,500 staff across 110 offices, launched the Findex Community Fund and needed to quickly mobilise employees for an NSW drought appeal. To integrate the appeal with its workplace giving program and coordinate participation across a regionally dispersed workforce, Findex engaged Good2Give for workplace giving and campaign support.

Good2Give helped get the appeal live, provided regular data exports and leaderboards, and supported engagement and follow-up with regional leaders. As a result, roughly 500 staff participated and the campaign raised just over $25,000 in workplace giving donations (doubled through the Fund’s matching), demonstrating measurable impact and highlighting the importance of local champions for future appeals.
