Leveraging creative content to inspire and engage donors

Caritas Australia, the Catholic Agency for International Aid and Development, wanted to boost one‑off and ongoing workplace donations and better engage donors. In November 2017 they partnered with Good2Give, running Good2Give’s 28 Days of Giving campaign and using the Good2Give Platform to amplify their workplace giving activity and connect campaign themes to Caritas programs.

Good2Give delivered the month‑long campaign and a platform that let Caritas see who donated, thank supporters, send monthly newsletter updates and keep their profile current—helping increase donations and donor engagement. Caritas called the campaign “proactive and creative,” and Good2Give’s tools supported stronger stewardship (4 in 5 workplace givers want impact updates) and access to high‑value donors who give on average $70 a month (rising to $120 with company matching).
