Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, wanted to deepen employee engagement in its long‑standing Workplace Giving program and raise participation across a fluid workforce. After introducing an opt‑out policy for new starters, Bain partnered with Good2Give in 2015 to modernize the program and offer an online Workplace Giving platform that would increase charity choice and improve reporting and onboarding for employees.

Good2Give delivered an online platform with roughly 2,000 charity options plus enhanced reporting, while Bain supported the rollout with frequent communications, in‑house champions and charity presentations. The results: employee participation rose from 51% to 62% in 2017, the “lack of awareness” barrier dropped from 21% to 0% (2015–2016), and staff donated over $120,000 to about 90 charities in the last year — progress Bain aims to build on toward an 80% participation goal with Good2Give.
