ACCOR have launched a generous response to COVID-19 which builds on their proactive CSR strategies

Accor, the global hospitality group behind brands such as Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mantra and Mercure, needed a way to support team members, business partners and frontline medical professionals hit hard by the COVID-19 crisis. Working with Good2Give, Accor looked for a secure and compliant way to manage its relief program across the Pacific region.

Good2Give provided compliance and funds distribution services for Accor’s All Heartist Fund, a €70 million initiative designed to deliver financial, medical and general life support through a manager-led application process. The program has awarded over $2 million in grants to more than 1,500 team members since April, helping Accor respond quickly and compassionately to the pandemic’s impact.
