Developing a new Craft website for Applause

Applause, the crowdsourcing platform for website and application QA testing, needed help launching a Craft CMS website redesign on a fast-approaching deadline. Good Work was brought in to support website development and maintenance, with a focus on getting the redesign across the finish line on time.

Good Work ran a discovery process, scoped priority items in Jira, and built a sprint plan and team structure to meet the deadline. They split the work across development and design implementation, added Marketo expertise when needed, and coordinated closely through Jira, Slack, and weekly stand-ups. After launch, Good Work became Applause’s ongoing development partner, handling Craft CMS upgrades, deployments, maintenance, microsites, and new site features, while also delivering a custom Craft CMS plugin for Marketo and accessibility improvements that achieved an excellent grade against A11Y guidelines.
