US Community Credit Union, in partnership with Enbright Credit Union, organizes an annual golf fundraiser for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Their challenge was to enhance and grow their longstanding Credit Unions for Kids Golf Classic, providing a better experience for players and sponsors while streamlining the significant administrative burden associated with the event. To address this, they partnered with the vendor GolfStatus and utilized their event management platform.

GolfStatus provided a web-based solution that handled online registration, secure payments, and mobile scoring, which dramatically eased the administrative workload. The platform also enabled new fundraising avenues, including a premium technology sponsorship and built-in donations. As a result, the tournament successfully reached its goal of raising $45,000 for the local children's hospital, with additional funds matched by a partner organization. The GolfStatus tools enhanced sponsor exposure and player engagement, contributing to the event's continued growth and success.
