Future Foundations, a UK-based provider of training and support for young people, was referred to Goldfish for its telecom services. They began with a simple trial to evaluate the VoIP phone system for their office needs.

Goldfish implemented a straightforward VoIP solution that started with a single phone and quickly expanded to four desk phones operating on a standard ADSL connection. The customer was highly impressed with the service quality and the vendor's outstanding support. As a result, Future Foundations plans to extend the system to their directors' home offices and also actively use Goldfish's Fax to Email and teleconferencing services.
