Santa Monica Public Library worked with Golden Star Technology (GST) to elevate its AV environment and add a new three-zone paging system. The library needed support for all-zone or individual-zone paging, background music, and pre-recorded or scheduled announcements, while continuing to use its existing Cisco phones, amplifiers, and speakers.

Golden Star Technology proposed and implemented a solution using QSC technology, including a paging DSP and paging station, along with configuration and installation services. The result was a durable, easy-to-use paging system, and Golden Star Technology also provided complete system training. No specific measurable metrics were provided in the case study.
