North Orange County CCD worked with Golden Star Technology (GST) to upgrade an outdated conference room that needed modernized AV equipment and a simpler, standardized user experience. The district wanted to improve personnel training while adding video conferencing, wireless presentation, ceiling speakers, and a touch panel controller for easier collaboration.

Golden Star Technology (GST) assessed the room and implemented an 80" LCD digital signage display, group video conference system, conference camera, ShareLink wireless display device, ADA-compliant in-carpet wire way, and ceiling-mounted speakers with an audio amplifier. GST also provided an end-user training demo to showcase the system’s ease of use and real-time video collaboration capabilities, helping staff adopt the new setup more confidently.
