Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), a leading teaching hospital in Southern California’s Inland Empire, needed to upgrade the AV in its Oak Room conference room, which is used for training sessions. Golden Star Technology (GST) was brought in to modernize the space with a more reliable and easy-to-use system, including control and presentation tools.

Golden Star Technology installed a tabletop touchpanel for system control, a ceiling-mounted Epson projector, a Da-Lite projection screen, a wireless mic system, a USB camera, an audio bridge, and supporting equipment from brands such as Crestron, Vaddio, Extron, Chief, and Middle Atlantic. The upgrade created a connected training environment for ARMC, improving presentation and communication capabilities, though the case study did not cite specific measurable performance results.
