Allan Hancock College, a California public community college in Santa Barbara County, needed a complete, functioning AV system for its public safety complex. Golden Star Technology (GST) was brought in to support a multi-space environment that included classrooms, a conference room, an EMS simulator lab, an indoor shooting range, and an EVOC training area.

Golden Star Technology implemented a centralized AV solution with digital media matrix switching for the classrooms, along with 55" LED digital signage displays in the main lobby. The system also included ceiling-mounted Panasonic projectors, recessed motorized screens, LED displays on articulating mounts, Shure wireless microphones, Extron control and rack equipment, and Middle Atlantic rack mounts, giving the college a fully connected AV environment for instruction and public safety training.
