A Goldbeck Solar GmbH Case Study

Preview of the Notus Energy Mexico Case Study

Notus Energy Mexico powers Autodromo solar park with Goldbeck Solar’s 554 kWp pilot project

The customer, Notus Energy Mexico, partnered with vendor Goldbeck Solar GmbH on a pilot project to develop a solar park in Mexico. The challenge was to successfully implement this co-investment, which required navigating local approvals and processes, while also building the project's infrastructure from scratch.

Goldbeck Solar implemented a technologically advanced solution using bifacial solar panels fitted with trackers, a system they scaled down for this smaller project. This allowed the panels to follow the sun, generating up to 30% more energy. Despite challenges like supply interruptions, Goldbeck Solar built the plant and connected it to the grid. The resulting energy is sold on the spot market, providing valuable experience for future customer advisement.
