GFC, a global organiser of financing and investment events, needed a flexible, measurable email marketing approach to deliver tailored, relevant content and to better align sales and marketing. Their previous system only allowed mass emails, so GFC chose Gold-Vision CRM, using its campaigns and Connect email marketing functionality, to provide topic-specific, opt-in communications and engagement tracking.

Gold-Vision CRM implemented integrated CRM-driven campaigns and Connect email marketing so contacts can opt into specific campaigns, track opens and engagement, and be scored via touchpoints. The result for GFC was more targeted communications, easy lead scoring to help sales prioritise calls, improved cross-selling and closer sales–marketing collaboration — with measurable increases in engagement and sales efficiency.
