Gold-Vision CRM implemented integrated CRM-driven campaigns and Connect email marketing so contacts can opt into specific campaigns, track opens and engagement, and be scored via touchpoints. The result for GFC was more targeted communications, easy lead scoring to help sales prioritise calls, improved cross-selling and closer sales–marketing collaboration — with measurable increases in engagement and sales efficiency.
