Snitch, a fast-fashion men’s apparel brand in India, wanted to improve its D2C checkout experience and reduce high return-to-origin (RTO) rates caused by heavy COD usage. The brand partnered with GoKwik and used its Kwik Checkout and RTO Protection Suite to address checkout drop-offs and order-risk challenges.

GoKwik implemented SSO/Truecaller login, address pre-fill, dynamic discounts, multiple payment options, COD fee enforcement, and abandoned cart recovery via WhatsApp, along with AI-ML-based risk scoring for COD orders. As a result, Snitch increased checkout conversion by 40%, improved login time by 19 seconds, boosted address pre-fill conversions by 34%, contained RTO at 23%, and expanded pin code serviceability by 66%.
