Sanfe, a leading Indian women’s body care and health & wellness brand, was struggling to grow its D2C channel despite strong overall sales through offline stores and marketplaces. Its website faced a lengthy checkout process, low product-knowledge awareness, and high COD-driven returns, which kept conversions low and RTO rates high. To address this, Sanfe partnered with GoKwik and used KwikCheckout along with RTO protection tools.
GoKwik implemented a one-click popup checkout, quick login and verification, smart address pre-fill, a wider payment stack, and Smart COD Suite with interventions like COD risk checks and Partial COD. As a result, Sanfe saw a 36% average checkout conversion rate, prepaid orders rise to 70%, high-risk shoppers drop by 60.28%, COD-led RTO fall by 42.22%, and overall RTO reduce from 34% to about 10%. GoKwik also helped improve ROAS from 1.7 to 2.3 net of RTO and cancellations.
