Ruhe India Witnesses A 40.41% Increase In Checkout Conversions Using Gokwik

Ruhe India, a home improvement brand specializing in bath and kitchen accessories, was seeing significant drop-offs across its ecommerce funnel—from login to address entry and payments—despite healthy traffic and customer interest. To address these conversion leaks and improve GMV, the company partnered with GoKwik and adopted its Kwik Checkout solutions.

GoKwik implemented SSO login and Truecaller authentication, address pre-fill, KwikPay for smoother payments, and checkout interventions to reduce COD-related RTO risk and fake orders. As a result, Ruhe India recorded a 40.41% increase in checkout conversions, a 37.10% rise in prepaid order conversions, a 16.7% uplift in address pre-fills, an 11.2% increase in average order value, and a 15% overall boost in GMV.
