With 65–70% of orders placed via CoD and RTO rates reaching 40% to 50% in some categories, the brand was incurring heavy marketing and logistics costs while seeing weak delivery success. GoKwik helped address this through its real-time RTO risk assessment and dynamic checkout solution.

GoKwik integrated its custom ML-based RTO API into the checkout flow, using 200+ signals to classify orders into risk buckets and disable CoD for high-risk orders while applying post-order interventions for medium-risk cases. The result was a reduction in RTO from 40% to 21% and a 20% increase in successful delivery rates. GoKwik also noted that blocking just 4% of CoD orders reduced RTO by 10%, with 20% of those users still converting via prepaid payment methods.
