SAADAA, the India-based fashion brand focused on “better basics for everyone,” wanted to accelerate growth beyond its existing loyal customer base. With GoKwik’s KwikPass and KwikEngage, SAADAA was able to identify anonymous visitors, capture first-party data, and run automated WhatsApp retention campaigns at scale. The results were strong: a 25.89% visitor identification rate, 20 lakh+ messages sent, 50 lakh+ sessions identified, 1.36 lakh UTM-attributed visits, and 7.4X ROAS. GoKwik also helped drive a 2.5X jump in retention in one year, 5X growth in three years, and 7X better ROI than email marketing.
