GoKwik Helps Lenskart Increase PAN India Serviceability By 358%

Lenskart, one of India’s fastest-growing eyewear brands, needed a way to manage high return-to-origin (RTO) rates and fraud while scaling its D2C business. Because most lenses are custom-made, failed or cancelled COD orders created costly waste, logistics expenses, damage risk, and low margins. GoKwik stepped in with its RTO Protection Suite and Smart COD capabilities.

GoKwik analyzed shopper behavior, blocked fraud web scripts, identified high-risk shoppers and low-intent COD orders, and expanded serviceability using network and pin-code intelligence. The impact was substantial: around 18,000 fake orders were caught early, nearly 2,000 fraud orders were blocked daily, serviceability grew from 5,000 to 26,000 pin codes, COD orders rose 195%, GMV improved 209%, and RTO was contained between 15% and 19%.
