Iconic, a premier destination for super-premium international fashion brands in India, needed to improve its online checkout experience and reduce COD-related order cancellations and returns. To address these challenges, it partnered with GoKwik and adopted KwikCheckout and the Smart COD Suite.

GoKwik streamlined Iconic’s checkout flow with features like quick login, address autofill, discount prompts, and multiple payment options, while its Smart COD Suite helped identify risky COD orders and apply interventions such as confirmations, COD blocking, and prepaid incentives. As a result, Iconic achieved a 67.86% increase in checkout conversion rate, a 12.5% rise in prepaid conversions, and a 77.14% reduction in RTO rate.
