GoKwik Helps Boult Slash Return To Origins by 40.21%

Boult, an India-based audio and wearables brand, was seeing strong site traffic but weak D2C conversion, with many shoppers adding products to cart without completing purchases. The company also faced a high return-to-origin (RTO) rate on COD orders, reaching 46.5% in January 2023. Boult partnered with GoKwik to address both checkout abandonment and COD-related losses using Kwik Checkout and RTO protection tools.

GoKwik implemented Kwik Checkout, adding quick login, auto-address fill, smart discounting, and a comprehensive payment stack to simplify the buying journey. In three months, checkout conversion rose by 5.52%, conversion improved by 32.88% due to prefilled addresses, and prepaid orders reached about 56% of sales. GoKwik’s RTO Protection Suite also reduced COD RTO from 46.5% to 27.8% by April 2023, while overall RTO dropped from 22.10% to 10.70%, helping Boult slash return-to-origin by 40.21%.
