Ek by Ekta Kapoor, a fashion brand in India, was seeing strong website traffic but little improvement in conversion. The brand faced high drop-offs at the login and shipping stages, and a relatively low share of prepaid orders versus COD, which contributed to higher RTO risk. GoKwik helped address these checkout friction points with its checkout and payment solutions.

GoKwik implemented single-sign-on login, Truecaller-based login for new shoppers, and its UPI Payment Stack to simplify authentication and encourage prepaid orders. These changes delivered a 7% uplift in conversion from faster login flows, reduced mobile-to-address time by 21 seconds, increased prepaid orders from 43.75% to 51.78% in two months, and drove an overall 28% increase in checkout conversion rate.
