AdilQadri, a premium fragrance brand known for its non-alcoholic attars, was seeing strong traffic but struggled with cart abandonment because its checkout flow was too long and cumbersome. The brand needed a faster, more effective way to reduce drop-offs and improve conversions, and turned to GoKwik for a custom checkout solution.
GoKwik implemented its Two-click Checkout with SSO login, one-tap verification, address pre-fill, and a streamlined payment flow that encouraged prepaid and UPI payments. As a result, AdilQadri increased checkout conversions by 66.6%, reduced login page drop-offs from 42% to 31%, lifted address prefill conversion by 47%, grew UPI payments from 5% to 20%, increased prepaid orders from 5% to 45%, and cut RTO from 30% to 18%.
