Castability, a performance training platform for actors, needed to modernize its unintuitive and technically limited mobile app. The existing experience was overwhelming for users, with a cluttered interface, a difficult scene submission process, and feedback delivered only via email. Goji Labs was engaged to provide product strategy, UI/UX design, and mobile app development services to overhaul the platform and reduce user friction.

Goji Labs redesigned the entire experience, introducing a guided onboarding flow and an integrated live teleprompter for scene submissions. They built in-app performance reports with visualizations and added a gamification layer to boost engagement. The solution positioned Castability as a modern, credible tool poised to significantly improve user onboarding, retention, and learning outcomes, though the redesigned app had not yet launched at the time of writing.
