Orange Business Services, a global technology provider with 30,000 employees, needed to launch CIC 2.0—an enhanced, vertically adaptable Service Management solution—to meet complex customer needs. Orange partnered with GoGrid to implement a tailored Private Cloud that integrated Orange’s VPN and security stack with GoGrid-managed infrastructure and pre-built server images. The collaboration cut provisioning from roughly 60 days to under two weeks, completed the project in three months, lowered total cost of ownership, enabled faster innovation and better customer features, and allowed sales to offer on-the-spot “try-and-buy” prototypes that increased sales.
